On offer is my 1 bedroom bungalow in the sought after village of Caol near Fort William, my home is in move in condition and the decor is neutral throughout, all rooms are a good size, the bathroom was installed in 2022 and has a bath and shower. There is also a decent sized loft space which is the length of the property, it is partially floored but it has potential. My home has air source heating and is well insulated, theres a good sized front garden with an outside tap and a smaller sized back garden, all amenities including public transport are all within walking distance, including the train station and the family friendly bar and restaurant The Lochy which is just down the road. I also have good neighbours who all live quietly. Across the road is the well known Caledonia Canal that leads along to the famous Neptunes Staircase with boats passing most days. Its great for walking, cycling, taking pets and also gives great views over to Ben Nevis.
