2 bedrooms flat ,1 large double as 1 big single. Second floor flat with big size balcony facing the front .Open plan kitchen and living room ,very big open plan area ! Glass wall windows facing the balconies,plenty sunshines to the house as it faces the east . Toilet with shower over the bath ,powerful water pesures . I was the first to live in this house on May 2019 when it was built. All the windows bedrooms facing to the east so it's so much sunshines get through . Abig storage cupboard in hallway,you can even fit small single bed in it ! Very neat hidden with the lovely double doors . The lift is working! The buzzer is working with camera so you can see who is the buzzer ,it's for double security. CCTV all around the flat for more safety to the community. We are very safe here and amazingly quite at anytime . Very close to the Tesco superstore ,Tesco petrol station,GP,pharmacy, launderette, newsagents,post office, primary schools,4x amazing pubs,not cut garden centre,all within 5-10 minutes walking distances, 5 minutes drives from M20 ! 5 minutes drives to town ! Just too convenient! I love it here , unfortunately my daughter is growing up and she needs her own room . As well as my health is going down the hill and I need a house that more adaptable and wheelchair access. Hope someone lovely will move in to this flat ,because we live in it with so much loves and dreams. We very liked it here ,from abusived home felt like living in hell . We given this loving home ,we can call our own safety nest . I and my two children are sad to have to move . But life is goes on ,so that's ok. We have to move in to our new place . At least we know we still be three of us ,safe and loved.
