I have a lovely one bed ground floor flat in a victorian semi-detached house with a garden. I have one flat above me which is privately owned by a friendly and helpful middle aged couple, they have sound proofed under their floors so there is very little noise from them. We have a road WhatsApp group where we give away items we no longer need, we look out for each other’s property and generally chat about neighbourly stuff. We also have one of the lowest crime rates in the country. It's a lovely leafy part of North Dulwich, close to schools, local shops, doctors. Bus stops are a 2 minute walk away taking you to either Croydon in one direction or Euston in the other. Tesco metro is a 6 minute walk as are both North Dulwich and Herne Hill train stations which take you to Victoria in 9 minutes. Lovely zone two property within easy reach of the city.
