I have a large semi detached house which is situated in a small village. There is off road parking for around 4 or 5 cars, a large front garden with an apple tree, lawn and greengage trees . The house has a fairly small lounge leading to a tiled dining room which has a large fireplace and wood burning stove. The kitchen is fully fitted. There is a downstairs toilet and outhouse which is used as a utility room. The back garden is very large and overlooks a paddock. The bathroom is downstairs, fairly small but has an over bath shower, the central heating boiler is contained in a cupboard. Three bedrooms two of which are a good size, the 3rd being smaller, there is cupboard space in that room, I also have an upstairs toilet. There is a cupboard on the landing and also under the stairs. The property is 3 miles from South Woodham Ferrers and 5 miles from Maldon and Danbury.
