3 bed sunshine house in Penkhull in walking distance of the hospital. The property has a front and rear garden with secure double gates and a drive on the side of the property which could easily fit 3 cars. There is a front door and a door on the side of the property adjacent to the drive. From the side door is a room to put your coats or could easily be used as a laundry room. The kitchen is big enough for a round type table and chairs and could fit a rectangle or square table. The living room is spacious and there is a area just inside the front door leading upto the stairs. The toilet is separate from the toilet there are two larger bedrooms and a box room. Neighbours either sides are in their 60s and never bother anyone. There is a park on the doorstep two Nursery/Primary and Infant schools and a Thistley hough accademy for secondary children. There are plenty of shops but, you are central to Stoke, Newcastle and Hanley. I am looking to move to Hanford ONLY and wish to remain in the Harpfields/Penkhull area. No time wasters please
