Pets allowed. Neighbours very nice and quiet. Original parquet flooring in living room and bedrooms. Hallway,kitchen and bathroom laminated. Enfield Retail Park is very close and a short bus ride into Enfield Town and Waltham Cross. I am looking for a one/two bed property,flat,bungalow in the surrounding area,with a garden.I would consider Clay Hill,Forty Hill, Southgate, Oak Wood, Cheshunt or Ware. Only moving due to deterioration in health,all I need is a private garden and a parking space with no permits or restrictions. The condition of property is not a priority.I am willing to contribute towards your moving fees,for the right outside space.
