1 bedroom ground floor flat with garden, for mutual exchange

Hello everyone. I am now on the hunt. I have a 1 bedroom flat, open plan living room/kitchen. A larger bedroom and a large bathroom. I have a back garden the is hedged, it is open with the ground floor neighbour but you can build a fence if you like. Imagine a birds eye view of the ground floor flats, and you'll see a "W." I have the left side. The hedge is slightly overgrown as is the garden but the flat itself is lush. It has both Rotherhithe and Surrey Quays overground stations within 10-15 mins walking, depend on your speed. Also have the underground (Canada water) also 10 mins away. I have 2 bus routes nearby, also have the river Thames Clipper. There are several schools nearby, loads of green parks and a farm at the end of the cul-de-sac opposite mine. There is a few little main stores, tesco, co-op sainsburys, nisa. Plenty of places to eat, drink and cinema, bowling, bingo. I have Canary Wharf across the River Thames, which is also within 2 minutes from my flat location.
