Ground floor maisonette house , Has a big living room with kitchen ,hallway in which is large , straight stairs in which not steep (in which you can ask the council to provide a chair stair lift if needed) 2 big bedroom easily fit king size bed and wardrobes and still have space with the 2 rooms, bathroom, plenty of indoor cupboards. I can also leave floorboardsi if you wanted to keep also I can paint any other colour for you but I know the council does this automatically, carpets are just over 1year and half old basically new,with thick underlay underneath, wallpaper in the hallway is only 1yr old. You have your own side grarden which is yours outside, plenty of car spaces neighbours are very quiet, plenty of light coming in. Windows are all secure and there is even a large fence around the property for nice and secure.
