I have a spacious 3 bedroom new build house in Stonehaven. It was built in 2019, we are the first people to have occupied the property. We moved in September 21st 2019. Our property is situated in a lovely, quiet family oriented area. We will be really sad to leave this property but it’s just not practical having three kids and one on the way full time and two step children every so often. Our home offers two parking spaces right at the front door, a medium sized back garden there is a shed that can be left or we can take it with us depending upon your preference, we have a large kitchen with lots of storage the kitchen also has a double French door that takes you to the back garden, coming out of the kitchen we have a very spacious livingroom and a deep storage cupboard under the stairs, just off the livingroom there’s a small entrance lobby where the front door is located just off of there we have a small toilet, if we head upstairs we have a spacious landing, a storage cupboard, a spacious bathroom with shower over bath, an extra large double master bedroom with two built in double mirrored wardrobes, a standard double bedroom with one built in double mirrored wardrobe and one single bedroom. The livingroom, bathrooms, single bedroom and double bedroom have recently been decorated. Currently in the process of getting the master bedroom done and away to start the kitchen soon too. Our property is a very short walk to bus stops, the train station, schools, Etc….
