3 bedroom clarion house with big kitchen diner which fits a table and chairs for 6-8, there is also plumbing for dishwasher and washing machine, space for 90cm cooker, 90cm fridge/freezer and a tumble dryer. large living room, new bathroom and boiler fitted in the last year, driveway for two cars, secure garden with workshop with ground anchors for securing bikes etc, summerhouse which is insulated with power and light (my sons bedroom now but it was my craft shed!) Next to a park with only one neighbour we love this house and have spent alot of time and effort making the house and garden a home but now we need a downstairs bedroom and toilet (outside in coalhouse/shed would be fine).
