**We have a 3 bed Argyll Drive Ramsgate we want a 4 bed or a large 3 with an extra space like a garage or dining room that can be converted to a 4th bedroom (don’t mind some work if need be)** Westwood, Northwood, Manston, some areas of Ramsgate or broadstairs…Houses only and Thanet only please! We have just made the smallest bedroom a foot or so bigger by moving a stud wall (it was broken anyway so shoved it along a foot to make the small single room a bit more spacious) so there is some decorating to do which we will be working on from the new year hopefully I will add pictures of how it is now compared to before. The largest room could also be split to make 2 small singles (we have done so with a curtain for a temporary measure to give our children some privacy but could easily be made permanent with a stud wall) but we really want bigger spaces for our own personal preference. (Again I’ll add pictures of how it looks) We have lived here for nearly 11 years and will only move so our children can have their own space, no rush as we are happy where we are just want bigger rooms/garden. Rent is around £110 a week with riverside housing.
