Wonderful semi detached bungolow for exchange

A lovely 2 bedroom bungalow for exchange. Surrounded by gardens 3 sides. 2 sides the landlord takes care of the 3rd side off our kitchen door is private, and we take care of that. Own drive for 2 cars (if not to big). Nice modern kitchen, disabled shower room, large lounge, massive bedroom, small bedroom, but still big enough for single bed, 2 cupboards for storage. Really is a cut above the avarage. Wider wheelchair frindly doors. Park open 24/7 directly across the road from us 10 meters, inside park, if canel. Would never normally move, but health resons dictate that we move closer to family members. Will email you pics if interested. Might consider ground floor flat with own garden. (We keep a dog). Stairs for us are an absolute no no.
