Its an aspire property and part of a set of three communial flat blocks. On albermarle road and next to Morrisons. It has a balcony and a loft with a fob key secure door at the bottom of the steps. There is a phone in the hall for if someone rings up but you can mute it. It has a rear communial garden which is maintained by Aspire. Right next to the main town, college and bars etc. Just a bit busier than what im used to. Im looking for a flat, preferably with a balcony and somewhere slightly less busy i guess. Its just too central here for my needs. Peace
