I have a 3 bedroom semi detached in Strood, Kent-just a few minutes walk from historic Rochester. Large garden and side access to property, 1 large double bedroom and 2 single rooms. Downstairs bathroom. 6 doors up from Tesco metro, and less than 5 minutes away from 2 primary schools, a secondary school, a park, doctors surgery, pharmacy and a few shops. As our children are almost grown wed like our forever home now. Looking for a 2 bedroom with a seperate dining room only. Will consider retaining a 3 bedroom as long as there is a seperate dining room, as this will be our last move the dining room is our only requirement. Decor is not important, location is not important, though would prefer somewhere quiet. Must allow pets and garden must be secure.Thank you very much for reading.
