Not going to lie the house does need some decorating mainly bathroom and kitchen needs work, we’ve converted the main bedroom into 2 rooms both are decorated as is the remaining double room (for boys), I have resided in the box room which is not decorated well, but does fit a double bed! Bathroom has over the bath shower. One toilet in the bathroom landing stairs and hallway needs decorating new carpet on the stairs and space under the stairs with its own light. Living/dining room newly decorated £650 in flooring alone! Kitchen is poor needs doing but good size room. We’ve done the garden ourselves so back is a step down to a patio area then steps down small triangle with grass, small tub pond the side of the house is now enclosed 6ft fencing out in by myself, Astro turfed and a self laid patio area. Front of the house has a driveway and garden it could quite easily be made to fit more cars as a bigger drive.
