2 Bedroom Flat looking for a 2-3 Bedroom House with Drive in Midlothian I live in a 2 bedroom flat with my husband (modelled like a 4 in a block, so has a ground level entrance area) Upper level. The flat was built 2 years ago and I was the first tenant to move into the flat. The flat has 1 bathroom (with a modern bath shower, the hot water is almost instantly available), 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen ( big kitchen, space for a table + Plus plenty of space to move around ) and living room. Master bedroom is large, and has an inbuilt wardrobe, the 2nd bedroom has an inbuilt wardrobe but is smaller. There is a lot of cupboard space. There are 4 cupboards with good space. There is a modest front garden, and a fully enclosed back garden with reasonable space ( there has been raspberry, redcurrant and blackcurrant bushes planted, which gives fruit each year), with room for table and chairs for a barbeque, and with the further space we have placed a 6x8ft shed, plus a smaller more temporary one next to it, all thanks to landscaping the back garden with sand and proper long-lasting paving slabs. The soundproofing in this new building is exceptional, we cannot hear our neighbours ( not below or next to us). The heating system is really good, and it takes less than 10 minutes for the flat to be nice and cosy. Neighbours are lovely, no issues. The walls still have original paint on it which is cream/white colour. All rooms have carpet or lino. The flat is around a corner from St Andrews Primary School ( 2 second walk ) It is 1 minute drive from Stobhill Recycling Centre, Gorebridge Main Street and its 10min Drive from Tesco ( Dalkeith). There is plenty on-street parking spaces on the new decoratively paved street, and the front view is decent, but the back view is really, really good, as it overlooks a farm field, and since the property is based up on a hill, there is a clear overview of Edinburgh, Arthur's Seat and even Fife (+ the Forth), with an excellent view of the New Year's fireworks over the city and elsewhere. P.S Would consider properly anywhere in Midlothian/ scottish borders/ east and west Lothian.
