Flat Access Access to the flat is through five steps with grab rail at the front and rear entrance with one low step at the foyer leading to front door of the flat, otherwise no steps once inside the flat. There is a path leading on to the rear entrance from the back street. Entry hall is very wide ,suitable for wheelchair users. The bathroom had been adapted in 2018 with level access shower; an inbuilt shower seat and non slip floor, no bath. Double glazing big windows,bedrooms both bedrooms are standard sizes,a spacious double room and good size small bedroom. Recently installed good quality laminate flooring from entry hallway leading to living room and both Bedrooms (Nov 2019).Kitchen floor same as when first moved in but renovations planned before lockdown and already bought all flooring materials. There is in-built single cabinet storage at hallway and in kitchen with built in ironing ,now shelves had been installed to use as pantry. Gas central heating radiators in situ and Wiring in kitchen is suitable for gas cooker or electric cooker. Communal Garden is at back and front;however no one uses it except me as I’m closest on ground floor, I use the back garden space for vertical gardening though not fenced. I enjoy sitting outdoors in the garden on good weather. Living at this flat does not feel restricted as compared to other flats as I still enjoy having garden space to myself as all residents upstairs use their patios. Pets are allowed also.
