I have a lovely maisonette with a brand new kitchen (installed October 2019) & which I have also paid a professional to tile & decorate. Good storage in flat & the two double bedrooms are very good sizes with storage cupboard in each. Bathroom is also an ok size. New boiler also fitted in October 2019. Huge enclosed back garden(great for kids & pets),pretty low maintenance front garden & own driveway at front I only moved in September, but didnt realise how much I would miss family & friends, so am looking to swap again,but really like the area & maisonette & would gladly take it with me. I have put flats down but no block more than 4/6 & dont want to be surrounded by flats, also will only consider ground/1st floor as I have arthritis in my knees & cant cope with too many stairs. Where I am is really pretty with trees around & so want something similar in the areas I have listed. Would consider a multi-swap but not a big chain.
