1 bedroomed house looking for same or 2 bedroomed house

I have a one bedroomed house with plenty of space both back and front to develop onto if so desired. A cosy house. Ideal for a single or elderly person. I am close to buses, trains, tube into London. A quiet area with decent neighbours. I am just looking for a change of scenery. Preferably would like to live in country, near to coast, or Reading area (family live there). Would consider most areas ultimately though. I would like either the same or a 2 bedroomed property. One bedroomed maisonette (with garden) would also be considered. Thank you. :-)
