Hi, We have a very large Victorian four bedroomed townhouse on the borders of Woolwich and Charlton
It consists of

There are two outhouse styled sheds and a small paved garden.
We have fantastic transport routes Buses, DLR , and tube just a ten min bus ride away. We are on direct routes to central London for work etc.
We are in a lovely area with some really lovely parks and wooded areas as well as the Green Chain walk which takes you pretty much all the way around London. There is so much for kids to do and see, they will never be bored!
We are also playing host to the Olympic Archery and Shot putting as well as have the Kings horses and the Marathon right on your front doorstep.
This house has a fantastic character with plenty of potential. We have decorated the two top bedrooms and all the hallways. We are freshening up the other two bedrooms as well as leaving £500 worth of laminate flooring if we don’t get the chance to lay it, this will cover all four bedrooms and hallways or use it in which ever room you see fit. There is some decorating to be done in the bottom part of the house but nothing that some creativity and a splash of colour can’t fix.
All we want is to move back down to Devon or in a 50 miles radius due to need the extra support for our family. We have pictures on request.
