our property is rented with sanctuary housing.it is a large terraced house.it has two large bedrooms,one of them is the full width of the house so above average size.we have two decent sized living rooms,which we will miss as having two rooms does have it s advantages when u have a partner who loves his xbox and u dont!we have a fairly small garden but we havee built a large back wall and it is part turfed,with pebbled pathway and the back patio area is paved with slate border.the bathroom is upstairs and is above average size,very spacious house with plenty of potential.we have a primaryjunior school one street away and a comprehensive school within a 10 minute walk away and we are a 15 minute walk from wath town centre,which boasts a massive tesco extra store.we would like to move to maltbybraithwell area and would consider wombell area too to be close to family.we also need a 3 bedroom property as we have 2 children.
