1 bed flat in notting hill. needs updating but not bad. everything in great working order. on 2nd floor (6th floor actual) with big lifts. very clean friendly estate with kensington gym and pool across the road. latimer road tube 2 mins, holland park tube 8 mins, notting hill 10 mins. 10 mins from portobello road. also just out of the affected zone for notting hill carnival. NOT in the congestion free zone! massive storage in living room currently used as workshop once used as spare bedroom for guests. flat came with a very normal kitchen cabinets and they still works but like i said it could do with modernizing. my dad laid the floor and i have never seen him pick up a tool before or after so its not great but it works. heating and water included in service charge that costs £14 p/w bargin! electricity is on a key and can be topped up at the shop. it can be changed to normal bills if you wish to do so just is its never bothered me. A 2 space garage can be obtained down stairs with steel doors and an electric gate that resembles more fort knox so good for car /bike insurance. free motorcycle and cycle parking with camera and wall anchors situated outside front door. landlord is the TMO and their offices occupy the 4 floors below so its the best estate for security (24/7)and cleanliness. Brand new door fitted a month ago that is so strong that it took police 40 mins to break down for a false but suspected gas leak. I hope all this helps. many thanks ed
