Laminate floor in 1 double bedroom, carpeted stairs and 2 bedrooms (single and double) and tiled floors in the kitchen and hallway, downstairs loo. Outside hose pipe taps, widow boxes.  We're looking for a more rural or small village with garden/courtyard garden and parking for 2 cars, would like a 2 bedroom semi detached or detached house near to buses to Colchester/Sudbury or train station, prefer areas within 5 miles of Halstead is ideal, NOT Braintree or Colchester and no estates or flats please.
