looking for a 3 bedroom house with front and back garden in the town centre of galashiels.in urgent need of a 3 bedroom as have 2 boys aged 1 yr and 6 years also have a 12 yr old daughter who needs her own room and stays with me at weekends.i am also expecting another child in july,so hoping for bigger property and to move in before july.the flat we live in at the moment is quiet,neighbours are friendly and its near to school,park and pond

Set in the scottish borders within the town of galashiels is my Two bedroomed house. My house is in an ideal location for families, The local school is within walking distance and there is a play park close by. My home also has the advantage of both a front and rear enclosed garden, the back being the larger of the two which would easily house garden toys. The local town is approx 2 miles away and has a number of large retailers e.g asda,tesco,sports direct,matalan,b&q comet to name a few and is easy to reach as the house sits on the bus route or its a 10 min walk. The property its self has two bedrooms, bathroom with over bath shower, livingroom,kitchen and small dining area. All rooms are decent sized and there is ample cupboard and storage space. The heating is gas cenral heating and the cooker is fully electric and both are on pre pay meters.  Also galashiels has a general hospital which is accessable and 2 doctor surgeries and numerous dental practices. Galashiels is in an ideal location, the local bus service has buses that run to edinburgh,carlisle and newcastle very frequently daily so everything is accessable and they are great days out. There is some very beautiful views around galashiels and surrounding areas and this is what makes galashiels an ideal location, the handiness of it being a town but also being so close tol scenery.
