new build of 10 yrs+ Situated in the quiet area of Blochairn 2 mins from the Blochairn Market,10 mins away from the city centre,3 mins from M8. The rooms are a gd size for a small family,or couple, one bigger than the other however not excessively large. the larger room has a big double wardrobe with slide doors. The bathroom was been adapted for the previous tennant so there is a bath aswell as a walk in shower. which is pretty handy. the kitchen is of large size and can fit a good sized dining table in. the area in itself is quiet with lovely friendly neighbours. A great area for your children to play especially in the summertime. we have an ice cream van who circles the area and is lovely with the kids.This house was ideal for me when i had two kids, unfortunately i now have 3 sharing the one bedroom and it is no longer practical. There are bus stops just round the corner, 2 primary schools and one high school. Tesco and Asda are fairly local aswell as parkead forge which is a 10 min drive in the car. |
