I have a very large 2 bed first floor flat at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Walton on Thames. Both bedrooms are doubles.large fitted kitchen(13 cupboards,built in oven and hob)3walk-in storage cupboards (2 in hallway,1 in lounge) plus double airing cupboard. Newly refurbished bathroom with over bath shower(all white tiles and walls). Large communal garden. Only 6 flats in block, secure entry system cat flap to back garden. Brick outside storage shed. Very quiet area no through traffic so safe for children and pets.Very pet friendly block. Need to move as I have 2 teenage daughters who both have medical problems.I currently share a room with my 13 yr old which is not ideal for either of us but thats the way it has to be unless we can get a bigger property. 15 minute walk to local primary school, doctors, dentist and mainline train station. 25 minute train journey to London Waterloo. On main bus route, 5 minute car drive to the centre of town. Would like to stay in the area as daughters school and college are local but will consider most areas in surrey Please consider us when looking for a new home Many Thanks Debbie

We have a lovely light and airy 2 bedroom first floor flat in block of 3. open plan living area and two double bedrooms. Communal gardens. The flat is within walking distance of the river thames and walton town centre. We are happy to help with the cost of moving from house to flat.
