I have a 3 bedroom (large, medium & small) terraced family house with a courtyard garden, lounge/diner, good sized kitchen, downstairs bathroom with separate shower (upstairs toilet). The house has double glazing and gas central heating. Close to Leyton tube station and good bus links to Stratford, Walthamstow and Forest Gate etc. The house is at the bottom end of the road and it is a quiet area. Within walking distance to Leyton Mills retail park for Asda, Currys, Next, Sports Direct, TK Maxx, Fitness First and B&Q.  It is residents parking only, permits can be obtained from Walth Forest council  I am looking for either a 3 bedroom or 2 bedroom house in Wanstead, near to either Wanstead or Snaresbrook tube station

Here is my 2 bed end terrace house in a quiet culdesac which is now mainly privately owned. Both bedrooms are double rooms. One has double fitted mirrored wardrobes. The bathroom has been recently decorated and new electric shower fitted. The hall stairs and landing have also recently been decorated in neutral colours. The kitchen was upgraded by the council around two and a half years ago and the floor was replaced with tiles. The lounge also in neutral colours has a black victorian cast iron fire place with neutral colour small tiles which i decoaretd the stand and a section in the fireplace (pics available just ran out on here but can email them). The garden has two sections of lawn and a paved path through the middle with a flower bed at the top. There is parking outside the house and most neighburs have lived here since the houses were built around 28 years ago and are very friendly and quiet. You are only 5 miles away from the m42 motorway giving easy access to areas such as Birmingham, Coventry Worcester and Stratford. Also there are several local bus stops close by with buses runnng regularly from the Kingfisher Shopping Centre which included Debenhams,Boots, Primark, Next, JJB Sports, Marks & Spencer and BHS just to name a few. Also Tesco superstore is less than half a mile away along with a Macdonalds, also the Alexandra Hospital is less than a mile away.
