 we are in orpington,would like walking distance to a nice beach :)
we have a 2 bedroom home,the main room is the width of the house and currently has a walk in dressing room but could be made into 2 smaller bedrooms.seperate toilet and bathroom upstairs,average size front room quite a large kitchen with lots of storage space,no space for table and chairs but if you were able to re-design it you could get one in :) large cupboard under the stairs where we keep our chest freezer and a larder both by the back door whichleads to a very large garden,approx 160ft not sure of width but its wider than the house,we have laid a patio and have 3ft high flower beds all the way around it with an arch leading to the garden.we back on to woods and fields and there is a huge nature reserve just up the road.local shops 5 min walk away,lots of bus stops just up the road,orpington town centre about 15min in car.4 primary schools in walking distance and a boys secondary school bout 5 min drive away.train station into london 5 min by car.lovely neighbours,middle aged working women both sides each with 1 teenage son,one at school one working.we have space in the front garden for 2 cars but it is grass not paved.any questions please get in touch but i think iv coverered everything!! we would really like to get within walking distance of a beach,hastings,folkestone,margate,ramsgate,whitstable etc but NOT isle of sheppey thank you,have family there and i like the distance between us!!! would also like a large garden
