Im situated in Central London in Clerkenwell/Bloomsbury on the edge of Camden and Islington I have a large 2 bedroom 3rd floor flat, 1 large double, 1 large single a very large sitting room and good sized kitchen and bathroom in new flats built only 5 years ago we are the first tenants. Very spacious with laminate flooring throughout on a nice clean looked after small estate with the caretaker living on site. A lift and televised intercom, flats have all been built for wheelchair access if needed! Im looking for a 3 bedroom as I have a girl and a boy who needs seperate rooms doesnt mind another flat in Bloomsbury, Islington or surrounding areas because of childrens schools. Hi All, We have a 2 bedroom ground floor flat in an end of terrace house conversion in Romford, Essex. Only 1 person above. Own garden for sole use, 1 double, 1 single bedroom, nice size kitchen, front room, combined bathroom and toilet. Garden is large for a flat and the largest on the road, it has grass and 2 decked areas. The road is quiet enough, odd bit of noise some weekends but not much happening as it's a dead end. No undesirable neighbours next door and the ones I know further down are all pleasant enough too. The property is the first on the road so perfect if you're the anti social type, you can just vanish inside without having to make small talk with half the street enroute lol Neutrally decorated throughout with mostly wooden floors, except the bathroom which is tiled, 1 bedroom which is carpeted. Pet's are allowed due to the garden although we do not have any. Central location near to train station (2o mins to Liverpool st) various bus routes, all shops, G.P, Library, senior and primary schools, nurseries, ice skating, skate park, bowling, cinema, pubs and clubs, several gyms, hair dressers, beauty salons etc. We need 2 bedrooms only - No 1 beds will be considered as my 14 year old needs his own room. Ground floor property with garden is preferable for us although I am willing to consider other options in the right areas. However I will not be willing to swap for something on the 10th / 11th floor in a random area with no garden so please don't ask. We are looking at the following areas only - Canary Wharf, Greenwich, Islington, Stoke Newington, Camden (possibly) Areas immediately surrounding those listed will also be considered if the right property is available. Moving because I want to not because I need to so although I would be willing to exchange tomorrow if the move was right, I am also happy to wait if it is not. My son will remain at school in Essex so I'm not really too concerned about good schools near any possible exchanges but it does limit the areas due to his lift arrangements so we really do want the locations listed.
