i have a one bedroom flat on the first floor of a secure block of six flats ( entry phone door security) on the newington estate walworth-kennington area. my need is to exchange to a ground floor flat due to osetoarthritis in both knees and hip.my flat is very well presented and decorated, it has a large fitted kitchen/diner, spacious lounge, bedroom and bathroom. i would like to stay in the area but would also consider a move to another borough the likes of greenwich ( eltham, new eltham ) bexley (sidcup, blackfen, welling ) bromley ( mottingham, elmstead woods, ) i have included these areas as i have family living in these boroughs. |
